Practice Nurse Roles
SMS Group is looking for an EEN or RN to join our enthusiastic Nurses team at our Earlwood, Bangor and Sans Souci sites on a casual, part-time, or full-time basis.
The successful applicant will hold a current AHPRA registration and new graduates are welcomed to apply.
Are you a team player; self-motivated and familiar with Best Practice clinical software tools? This position will give you the opportunity to undertake a variety of practice administrative & nursing tasks as required, with opportunity to pursue further training in your nursing career and taking on leading role within the nursing team if you are up to it. All newly recruited nurses will be mentored by our senior RNs in the team.

Current AHPRA registration as EEN or RN

Vaccination knowledge and be able to deliver immunisation

Able to triage patient and understand acute care needs

Excellent communication skills
-
High level of computer literacy

Able to work at our different clinic locations as the position may require

Australian Citizen or Permanent / Temporary Resident without working hours restrictions

Preferred Criteria

Previous experience in a general practice setting

Previous experience in preparation for Accreditation standards

Experience in Chronic diseases management

Wound management experience

Knowledge of Best Practice software

Immunisation accredited
-
Able to do venesection (blood collection) or cannulation

Well Women's screening
Working with SMSG
