Meet Dr Colwell.
Dr Margaret Colwell is an independent Consultant Specialist GP (ABN: 69 673 795 163) (MED0001073447) consulting at the Bangor centre.
Dr Margaret Colwell has worked in the Sutherland Shire for the last 27 years and has lived in the Shire all her life.
Dr Colwell graduated from the University of Sydney. She completed her intern and RMO years at the Prince of Wales and Prince Henry Hospitals, gaining a range of experiences at those hospitals and spending time working at Sutherland and Bankstown Hospitals. She spent 12 months working at Prince of Wales Children's Hospital (now Sydney Children's Hospital), followed by nine months working in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Fairfield District Hospital. Dr Colwell enjoys all aspects of general practice, particularly the long term care of patients, and has a particular interest in paediatrics and antenatal shared care. She is also a very dedicated Christian with a solid pro-life focus.
