Allied health sessions can be booked directly, or on a referral for a GP Chronic Condition Management Plan (GPCCMP), a Mental Health Care Plan, the Type 2 Diabetes Group Services pathway, the Complex Neurodevelopmental / Eligible Disability pathway for patients under 25 (M10), or Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander allied health services (M11). Self-managed NDIS, WorkCover and CTP referrals are accepted where relevant, and private health fund rebates apply with eligible extras cover. Contact reception for current availability.
