Dr Seo Lung Ling is a Geriatrician and General Medicine Physician (ABN: 89 617 086 521) (MED0001210141) consulting at the Earlwood centre.
Dr Seo Ling graduated from University of Glasgow, United Kingdom. He completed his pre-vocational training in both Scotland and New Zealand. Dr Ling moved to Australia in 2008 and commenced his physician training at St George Hospital and Sutherland Hospital. He subsequently specialised in geriatric medicine.
Dr Ling received extensive training in Acute, General and Geriatric Medicine in various hospitals in Sydney. He is a well-rounded Physician and Geriatrician. He received postgraduate training in pain management as well as perioperative medicine from Sydney University and Monash University respectively. His area of interest includes General Geriatric Medicine, Psychogeriatrics, Ortho-geriatrics, Perioperative Medicine, Community Geriatric Medicine, Cognitive Impairment, Behavioural and Psychological Symptoms of Dementia (BPSD) and General Medicine.
Dr Ling is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (RACP) and a member of the Australian and New Zealand Society of Geriatric Medicine (ANZSGM). With his passion in clinical education and evidence based research, he is also a Clinical Senior Lecturer at the University of Wollongong.
Dr Ling speaks fluent Mandarin, Cantonese and Hokkien in addition to English.
