Dr Xue-Fei Fay Yu PhD

Dr Xue-Fei (Fay) Yu is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Accredited Nutritionist (ABN: 86 354 545 090) (APD010136) consulting at the Earlwood and Bangor centres. She holds a Bachelor of Science, a Master of Nutrition and Dietetics, and a PhD. Dr Fay brings extensive clinical experience across both community organizations and private practice settings throughout the ACT and New South Wales.

Backed by a strong background in academic research, Dr Fay has spearheaded randomised controlled trials evaluating the therapeutic role of vitamin D supplementation in diabetes management. She specialises in the dietary management of complex chronic diseases,including diabetes, hyperlipidaemia (high cholesterol), cardiovascular conditions, and obesity,while offering expert guidance in food allergies, intolerances, coeliac disease, and life-stage nutrition for youth, pregnant women, and the elderly.

Alongside her clinical practice, Dr Fay actively serves on the Advisory Council of the Australasian Medical Services Coalition. She is deeply passionate about empowering adults and children alike to achieve optimal health and self-belief through accessible, delicious nutrition and sustainable exercise.

She speaks fluent Mandarin in addition to English.
