Nita Hidalgo is a Clinical Psychologist passionate about client centered trauma informed care with 16 years of clinical experience regarding assessment and treatment of mental health issues.
Additionally, Nita has a special interest in providing client centred Christian CBT and schema therapy to meet Christian core values and promote safety within the therapeutic relationship. Considerable research has found Secure attachment to God is associated with improved psychological health and spiritual wellbeing. The research has been built on the solid foundation of human attachment theory.
